We're looking for a hardworking and dependable Porter to join our team. This position is essential to keeping our bakery clean, organized, and running efficiently. You'll support our bakers and FOH staff by maintaining a sanitary workspace, washing equipment, organizing inventory, and assisting with general daily operations.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, baking tools, sheet pans, and equipment throughout the day.

Keep production areas, floors, workstations, and storage areas clean and sanitized.

Remove trash and recycling and maintain waste disposal areas.

Receive, organize, and properly store deliveries.

Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed.

Assist bakers with basic prep and lifting when required.

Help maintain walk-in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas.

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications

Previous kitchen, bakery, or porter experience is a plus, but not required.

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
