First Breach Inc. is seeking skilled supervisors with manufacturing and mechanical equipment experience for the operation and ongoing oversight of production lines.
***As an essential function of the job, good attendance is required. Working extended shift hours and/or during scheduled days off, may be required.

Expected Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise processes and hourly employees while working closely with quality technicians
- Ensure that quality ISO standards are met
- Assure that a consistent, quality product is being produced through interaction with the quality control department
- Take corrective action as necessary and report and recommend solutions for production problem areas
- Assure the regular inspections and evaluations of all operating equipment is conducted to help maintain production requirements
- Use ERP, ISO and Microsoft Office systems to document products that are being produced within the plant
- Work to keep costs related to work in line with the plant budget and be alert for ways to reduce costs of operations, maintenance and repairs
- Ensure good housekeeping is maintained in assigned work areas
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas
- Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors
- Other duties as assigned
Required Specifications & Qualifications:
- High School diploma, G.E.D. certificate or recognized equivalent
- 4+ years manufacturing/production experience
- Must not be a convicted felon or otherwise restricted by the law from handling or using ammunition/firearms
- Responsibilities - Daily tasks as required
- Mental and physical demands - Standing, lifting, carrying, speaking, listening, motor coordination skills
- Confidential data -Access to intellectual property which must remain confidential and cannot be reproduced
Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; extreme heat; and vibration. Eye protection in the form of approved safety glasses with side shields or approved safety goggles is required. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and requires hearing protection to be worn in the work area. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) can be provided.
Physical Demands:
- Vision correctable to 20/20 with normal color vision, depth perception and peripheral vision
- Ability to wear ear plugs, earmuffs and a half-mask type respirator
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 25 pounds without aid
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 3 hours at a time
- Ability to occasionally kneel, crouch, bend or extend reach as required to perform tasks
- Ability to grasp and feel small parts with both hands
Proficiency Expectations:
- Machine Setups for Production Runs
- Blueprint Reading
- Quality Inspection Experience
- Supervisory Experience

- The applicant will be able to work a 2-2-3 schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts
- This schedule follows a 14-day rotating cycle: the employee works two days, has two days off, works three days, has two days off, works two days, and then has three days off before the cycle repeats

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
