About Extreme Dimensions
Extreme Dimensions has been a leader in the aftermarket automotive industry for over 20 years. We design, manufacture, and distribute body kits, spoilers, hoods, fenders, and other exterior styling products for thousands of vehicle applications sold throughout North America and around the world.
We're looking for an analytical, organized, and driven individual to join our Product Development team. This position works directly with the Director of Product Development and plays an important role in purchasing, inventory planning, supply chain coordination, and bringing new automotive products to market.

What You'll Do
This is a dynamic position where no two days are exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Purchasing & Supply Chain
- Create and manage domestic and international purchase orders
- Monitor supplier production schedules and delivery timelines
- Track overseas shipments and inbound containers
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders remain on schedule
- Maintain accurate purchasing records
- Assist with sourcing automotive components and materials
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs
- Assist with demand forecasting and inventory planning
- Analyze sales trends and inventory performance
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our ERP system
- Help reduce stock shortages and excess inventory
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Product Development
- Research new vehicle applications and aftermarket opportunities
- Coordinate prototype and product development projects
- Schedule project vehicles for product development
- Research competitors, pricing, and industry trends
- Track product samples and development status
- Photograph and document new products
- Maintain product specifications and compatibility information
Product & Data Management
- Update product information across multiple sales channels
- Create and maintain product spreadsheets and databases
- Assist with new product launches
- Maintain documentation and technical information
- Generate reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Ensure product data remains accurate and organized
General Operations
- Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Communicate with internal departments and outside vendors
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
- Support the Director of Product Development with special projects
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain operations
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts
- Automotive enthusiast or strong automotive knowledge
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, Walmart)
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
- Experience with Excel reporting, formulas, and data analysis
