Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead production teams, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations
- Schedule and assign production personnel
- Monitor production performance and quality standards
- Train, coach, and develop employees
- Resolve production and personnel issues
- Coordinate with Engineering and Quality departments
- Maintain safety standards and SOP compliance
- Improve efficiency while reducing waste and costs
- Monitor attendance and employee performance
- Maintain housekeeping and organization throughout the production area
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with manufacturing processes
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions
- Forklift experience preferred
