Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial facilities, or hospitality environments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas by using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques
- Conduct floor care procedures such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and stripping to keep surfaces looking their best
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and properly stored after use
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a clean environment that minimizes hazards for residents or staff
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to perform detailed floor care including carpet cleaning and floor maintenance techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Experience with laundry services and housekeeper management is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or custodial experience enhances your versatility
