For over 40 years, Beavercreek Marketing has been creating innovative campaigns and marketing tools for financial institutions across all 50 states and throughout North America.
As a Project Manager at Beavercreek Marketing, you’ll be part of our PMO team – owning project documentation and scoping, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination across a broad portfolio of digital products for financial institutions. In this role, you will work closely with development, video production, and client services teams to ensure projects are structured, on track, and release ready.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on project requirements, scopes, and workflows
- Develop and manage project plans, phase breakdowns, and milestone trackers from kickoff through release
- Build and maintain project templates and documentation standards for team-wide consistency
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks for development and communications teams
- Monitor progress against milestones, flag risks proactively, and drive resolution
- Coordinate release readiness across teams – confirming all deliverables are complete before launch
- Maintain and distribute project status reports and updates to relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate project check-ins, track action items, and ensure accountability across workstreams
- Communicate project status clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- 1+ years of project management or project coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive communicator – comfortable flagging issues and following up without being prompted
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical team members
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable working alongside AI tools and integrating them into project and documentation workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Asana)
- Familiarity with creative or digital production workflows
- Experience creating process documentation, SOPs, or structured project templates
- Exposure to design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) or comfort working alongside designers
- Understanding of software or web development project lifecycles
