LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
Cape Cod’s premier senior living community has an immediate opening for a skilled and energetic Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.
Available shifts: evening and day shifts available including every other weekend
We are seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse (LPN) candidate who thrives on interacting with people and working for a family-owned company with roots on Cape Cod, dating back more than 60 years.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job duties include:
- Assists Health Director in evaluating resident’s needs, condition, and care.
- Works with Health Director to develop and update service plans for individual residents.
- Assigns and instructs non-licensed staff on daily duties.
- Assists Health Director with compliance of EOEA regulations.
- Responsible for processing physician’s care and medication orders.
- Maintains unit records and updates charts in accordance with Thirwood Place policies.
Licensed Registered (LPN) Job requirements:
Current nursing license valid in Massachusetts
Current CPR certification
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
