We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Aesthetician to join our dynamic skincare and wellness team. Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser skin therapies with precision and care
- Provide spa services such as body waxing, facial waxing, makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing skin health
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all procedures to ensure client safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and deliver personalized recommendations
- Stay current on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions
- Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products that complement treatments and meet client goals
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Aesthetician or Cosmetologist with specialization in skincare treatments
- Proven experience performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, laser treatments, waxing services
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, esthetic laser treatment protocols, and sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive client relationships and ensure clear understanding of treatment plans
- Ability to perform body waxing services efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a spa or wellness setting
- Basic sales skills to promote retail products confidently and effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as needed

Pay: $26.94 - $32.44 per hour
