We are seeking a confident and engaging business development specialist who is comfortable with public speaking and presenting at real estate classes and networking events. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, making follow-up calls, and scheduling recruiting interviews with prospective real estate agents.
This is a part-time, contract position focused on helping grow our brokerage by generating interest, building relationships, conducting follow-up calls, and scheduling recruiting interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person presentations at real estate classes in front of 40-50 students weekly, attend career events, and networking opportunities.
- Build relationships with licensed and aspiring real estate agents.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective agents to answer questions and schedule recruiting interviews.
- Follow up with prospective agents through phone, text, and email to maintain engagement throughout the recruiting process.
- Schedule and coordinate recruiting interviews.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective agents and track recruiting activity.
- Meet recruiting activity and interview scheduling expectations.
- Represent the brokerage professionally and enthusiastically at all times.Qualifications:
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to groups.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound recruiting and follow-up calls.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Sales, recruiting, business development, or customer relationship experience preferred.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and willing to learn CRM software.
Job Type:
Expected Hours:
15–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Compensation:
- $25–$30 per hour, based on experience.
- Performance bonus for each agent successfully onboarded.

- Confidently representing the brokerage at real estate classes and networking events.
- Consistently scheduling recruiting interviews with qualified prospective agents.
- Building and maintaining a strong recruiting pipeline.
- Contributing to the steady growth of the brokerage through successful agent recruitment.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
