A Day in the Life of a Dentist
As a Dentist, you'll provide comprehensive preventative and restorative dental care while helping improve the health and well-being of patients throughout the Milwaukee community. You'll work alongside a collaborative healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered services in a welcoming environment where every patient receives compassionate care regardless of their ability to pay. Your work directly supports the organization's mission of improving the health and quality of life of the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide preventative and restorative dental care consistent with accepted professional standards
- Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Educate patients on oral health, preventative care, and hygiene
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Ensure compliance with all applicable clinical standards, policies, and regulations
Requirements and Qualifications:
- DDS degree from an accredited college or university
- Active Wisconsin dental license
- Current DEA registration
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Proof of required vaccination prior to orientation in accordance with company policy
