This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting advanced manufacturing solutions, ensuring seamless integration between shop floor systems and enterprise platforms, while maintaining high system availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements engineering activities, translating operational needs into technical specifications.

Design scalable solution architectures, including system workflows, data models, and integration strategies.

Execute full-cycle implementations, including development, configuration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Oversee external vendors and third-party developers to ensure delivery aligns with internal standards and architecture.

Manage system integration and interoperability, ensuring seamless data flow between MES, ERP, and legacy systems.

Provide advanced incident management and troubleshooting for MES/MII systems.

SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence) – Develop and maintain SAP MII transactions, including BLS logic, workflows, and reusable services.

SAP ME (Manufacturing Execution) – Configuration, Design and implement XML structures and messaging frameworks for integration between MES, ERP, and shop floor systems.

SAP PCo (Plant Connectivity) – Machine-to-system integration (PLCs, SCADA)

Integrate Level 1 (automation) systems with MES/enterprise layers
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

3+ years of experience in MES, manufacturing systems, or related technical roles

Strong experience with SAP MII/ME in manufacturing environment

Proven expertise in MES implementations and integrations

Experience working with industrial data and real-time systems
-
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strong ability to work effectively under pressure in a mission-critical manufacturing environment
