Customer Service & Sales Advisor

Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for our customers. The Customer Service & Sales Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, explaining our car wash and detailing services, recommending additional services, preparing service tickets, collecting payments, and ensuring each vehicle is properly prepared before entering the wash tunnel.
This position combines excellent customer service, sales, and hands-on vehicle preparation to help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain car wash and detailing packages and answer customer questions.
- Recommend additional services and upgrades to maximize each sale.
- Write accurate service tickets and communicate customer requests clearly to the detailing team.
- Process customer payments.
- Direct vehicle traffic and safely move vehicles into the wash tunnel.
- Vacuum vehicle interiors before they enter the wash process.
- Ensure vehicles are properly staged for the cleaning crew.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front service area.
- Work as a team to keep operations running efficiently during busy periods.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending services.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to safely drive customer vehicles.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

- Customer service experience
- Retail or sales experience
- Automotive or car wash experience (preferred but not required)
