The Hourly Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fast food restaurant during their assigned shift. They are responsible for ensuring that all employees are following company policies and procedures, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Hourly Shift Leader will also be responsible for training new employees, managing inventory, and handling cash transactions.
