Must have (for Consideration):
- 6 months paid experience as an active Registered Behavior Technician, OR
- 1 year or more paid hands-on experience working on skills with children with special needs
- Must have all necessary State/Federal clearances for work with children
- Must have reliable independent transportation, with current, legal, valid auto registration, drivers’ license and auto insurance.
- Demonstrated Punctuality and Reliability in previous employment.
- Cited Starting Pay Range is dependent on Experience, Training, and Credentialing
Job Functions:
- Provide individual Behavioral Treatment to individual children diagnosed with Autism with behavioral and learning challenges in family homes, daycare centers, or non-public schools.
- Work as a member of the team with parents or others of our staff, under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), using the methods and approaches of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to assist the assigned child with increasing behavioral and learning skills and enhancing play and social interaction.
- Collect accurate behavior and skill progress data and keep accurate reports of daily contacts with the client.
- Accept additional training in specific techniques and approaches as needed.
- Each position is part-time and may be combined with hours of treatment for other clients in the same geographic area for more hours, when and as available.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
