Registered Nurse is responsible for supervision of nursing activities hospital wide during assigned shift. Demonstrates knowledge and support of philosophy and standards of the hospital nursing service. Participates in the professional development of nursing staff. Provides support to families and patients during crisis situations.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and maintains current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas. Must have a minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience. Ability to deal with people and their problems; has an ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; and has demonstrated supervisory ability, and managerial skill.
Maintain RN License, BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
