About the Role
Do you love talking to people and turning conversations into opportunities? We're looking for a driven, high-energy communicator to be the first voice our clients hear. You'll connect with buyers and sellers, spark relationships, and set up our agents to close deals — all while building a career with real earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to prospects daily through calls, texts, and follow-up campaigns — 150–300 contacts per week
- Convert inbound internet and sign-call leads into booked appointments for agents
- Keep your CRM spotless — track every lead, every conversation, every next step
- Nurture long-term leads with consistent, professional follow-up until they're ready to move
- Re-engage past clients and sphere of influence to generate referrals
- Track your conversion ratios and hit weekly performance benchmarks

- Organized and reliable — you manage 150+ leads a week with precision and keep your pipeline clean
