Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and emails with quality customer service and professionalism
- Assisting walk-in traffic with confidence and knowledge
- Scheduling and performing property showings to prospective residents
- Marketing of available properties
- Answer questions regarding rental applications and qualifications
- SEO assistance
- Routine property marketability review and inspections
- Creating and engaging with social media content

Wages
- Team members with limited experience can make $13-17 per hour plus benefits. Those with more extensive experience can make even more.
- This position could evolve into a supervisor or manager position.

Schedule
This position will work during normal business hours, 10am-6pm, Monday through Friday and Saturdays 9am-2pm when necessary.
