- You hold a CNA or HCA certification (or are willing to certify w/ tuition help!)

- You know CPR / First Aid
- You are comfortable with, or eager to learn, safe Hoyer Lift transfers

- Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
- Safe mobility and Hoyer Lift transfers (training provided)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders
- Light Housekeeping
- Document care and report any changes
- Encourage clients to stay active, engaged, and joyful
