We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to help tell our story through engaging photography, videography, and social media content. If you enjoy creating content, have an eye for design, and want to grow with an expanding luxury brand, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities Content Creation
- Capture professional photo and video content in our showroom, workshop, customer homes, and installation sites.
- Photograph new collections, custom furniture, behind-the-scenes production, and completed installations.
- Film engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and future platforms.
- Build and maintain an organized library of branded photography and video assets.
Editing & Creative
- Edit photos and videos for social media, website content, and marketing campaigns.
- Create graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Apply captions, transitions, music, and branding elements while maintaining Headboards World's luxury aesthetic.
Social Media
- Execute the social media content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram and Facebook, with future expansion to Pinterest and TikTok.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting schedules.
Community Engagement
- Monitor comments, direct messages, reviews, and tagged content.
- Engage with customers, interior designers, influencers, and trade partners.
- Identify opportunities to feature customer projects and user-generated content.
Marketing Support
- Assist with product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Capture content during photoshoots, showroom events, and installations.
- Work closely with the Brand Coordinator to execute marketing initiatives.
Organization
- Organize photography, video, and creative files.
- Maintain Canva templates and creative assets.
- Archive completed projects for future marketing use.
Qualifications Required
- 1–3 years of experience creating content for social media or brands.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Experience editing short-form videos.
- Proficiency with CapCut and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Comfortable lifting furniture accessories, moving décor, and standing during photo and video shoots.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Experience creating content for furniture, interior design, home décor, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional local travel for installations, customer homes, photoshoots, and special events.
- Occasional overtime during product launches, photoshoots, and marketing campaigns.
