The Role
Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House leadership team, the Barback supports the bar program by assisting with preparation, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is essential to ensuring bartenders can execute service efficiently while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do-
Prepare bar ingredients and batch items using standardized recipes to support all service shifts

Stock and maintain the bar with all necessary products according to established pars

Ensure all glassware, bar tools, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation while upholding sanitation standards

Assist bartenders with beverage production and service as needed

Maintain proper pour standards and support consistency across all beverages

Follow established steps of service to support a high-quality guest experience

Provide food and beverage support in accordance with restaurant standards

Verify identification for alcohol service when required and in accordance with company standards

Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to support smooth and efficient service

Maintain awareness of menu offerings, including beverage and allergy information

Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards

Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties thoroughly and efficiently
