We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Receptionist & Office Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also keeping our office running smoothly behind the scenes. What you'll do
· Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service.
· Greet and assist visitors, providing a warm, professional first impression and directing them to the right team members.
· Maintain accurate physical and digital records, manage correspondence, and keep files well-organized and up to date.
· Oversee day-to-day office operations including supply inventory, ordering, and maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace.
· Support the team with special projects and administrative tasks as needed, adapting to shifting priorities with a positive attitude.
