CPA Wireless is the largest authorized Boost Mobile dealer in the state of Pennsylvania, with 43 locations across PA and NJ. Our Sales Representatives are the face of the store — the reason customers stay loyal and send their friends back to us.
The Role
You'll own your store's sales floor. Greet every customer, find the right phone or plan for their situation, close the sale, and make sure they leave satisfied enough to refer a friend. This isn't a passive customer service position — we're looking for closers who love the game.
A Day in the Life
No two days look exactly the same, but most start the same way — you come in, take stock of where you stand, and figure out what it's going to take to get there. Throughout the day you're helping customers find the right phone, sorting out a plan that fits their budget, processing a trade-in, or walking someone through an accessory they didn't know they needed. Every now and then you turn a frustrated customer into a loyal one, and that's one of the better parts of the job. By the time you close up, the store is clean, the numbers are in, and you already know what you're going after tomorrow.
What You'll Do
- Sell Boost Mobile phones, plans, and accessories to new and existing customers
- Meet and exceed bi-weekly sales goals set by your Store/Area Manager
- Handle customer questions, billing issues, and device troubleshooting professionally
- Conduct device demos and educate customers on plans, features, and current promotions
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash handling standards
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and visually sharp
- Stay current on Boost Mobile promotions, rate plans, and the latest device lineup
- Represent CPA Wireless and Boost Mobile with pride in every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred — wireless background is a major plus
- A track record of hitting goals and closing sales — metrics matter here
- Strong communicator who connects quickly with a wide range of customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a significant advantage
- Reliable transportation to commute to [STORE ADDRESS]
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
