This is not an entry-level position. It’s built for someone who knows how to build, compete, win, and help others do the same. Qualified leaders may be eligible for a $35,000 signing and launch bonus, alongside strong base compensation, overrides, and long-term upside.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales reps in pre-qualified territories
- Drive field performance through coaching, competition, and accountability
- Lead from the front by supporting customer acquisition and setting the pace for your team
- Track daily production metrics and support ongoing professional development
- Earn base compensation, personal commissions, and aggressive overrides on team production
What We’re Looking For
- Competitive, coachable leaders with success in face-to-face sales leadership
- Strong communication skills and desire to grow into market-level leadership
- Background in solar, energy, alarms, pest control, or home services is a plus
- Willingness to work in the field and lead by example
Compensation
$35,000 Signing Bonus - Available for qualified hires
Recruits Provided - 5-15 new reps provided monthly to build your team
Uncapped Personal Commissions - Performance-driven upside
Team Overrides - Paid on total team production
OTE $500K+ - For leaders who build and perform
