What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience working in K-8th grade classrooms
- Ability to develop and adapt lesson plans for individualized instruction
- Strong collaboration skills to work with general educators, paraprofessionals, and families
- Comfort managing student IEP processes and utilizing data-driven interventions
- Enthusiasm for cultivating a positive, adaptive, student-centered atmosphere
- Bilingual communication abilities are a major plus, though not required
What You’ll Do:
- Provide instructional and/or resource support for students with diverse learning needs in K-8 settings
- Design and implement tailored curriculum and behavioral support strategies
- Track student progress towards IEP goals and adjust interventions as needed
