What You’ll Do:
- Efficiently manage warranty claims, ensuring compliance with BMW guidelines.
- Evaluate claim documentation and identify when additional information is needed from the dealership. Review supplemental materials provided and determine if further clarification is necessary to ensure claims are processed accurately and maximize reimbursement for the dealer.
- Analyze warranty claims and LOP repair orders to maximize technician payment.
- Collaborate with service departments to deliver outstanding customer support.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Maintain current knowledge of OEM warranty policies, product updates, and industry regulations to ensure accurate guidance and effective support.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding claim handling and data management.
- Mentor and train dealer staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
- Support additional tasks and projects assigned by leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a BMW Warranty Administrator.
- Strong understanding of warranty processes and policies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
