Creditor’s Rights Practice | Ohio Kentucky West Virginia
Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is a growing national law firm seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our Financial Services Central Division in Solon, Ohio. We’re looking for an attorney who is client-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in litigation hearings throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia
- Manage a substantial caseload and meet monthly goals
- Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, appellate briefs, and other legal documents
- Provide practical legal guidance while minimizing risk and liability
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and business partners
- Collaborate with and help coordinate your team
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Ohio bar admission required
- Kentucky, West Virginia, and/or Indiana admission strongly preferred, or ability to immediately waive into those states.
- U.S. District Court admissions in applicable states, or ability to obtain
- 1–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate, foreclosure, or creditor’s rights practice areas
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong legal and business judgment with attention to detail
- Knowledge of the FDCPA and secured creditor bankruptcy matters is a plus
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to court and reliable transportation
- High ethical standards and strong work ethic
