Join Our Growing Independent Insurance Agency
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our team. As an independent insurance agency, we represent multiple top-rated insurance carriers, allowing us to provide personalized coverage solutions that best meet our clients' needs. This position is full time, Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty coverage
- Prepare insurance quotes and present coverage options from multiple carriers
- Maintain accurate client records and follow agency procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using agency management systems and computer applications
