Active and unrestricted Ohio LPN license

Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required

Current BLS/CPR certification required

Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements

Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting and mobility assistance
Responsibilities

Monitor and record patient vital signs
*
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
*
Assist nursing and medical staff with resident care
*
Evaluate patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
*
Explain treatments and procedures to residents and families
*
Change dressings and bandages and monitor healing progress
*
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
*
Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity
