Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager to join our dynamic team at Concord Care Center of Toledo. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, including staffing, scheduling, and policy implementation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in partnership with our interdisciplinary team
- Coordinate with our marketing and admissions team to ensure seamless transitions for new residents
- Monitor and improve quality of care, adhering to federal and state regulations
- Supervise and mentor our staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- Collaborate with our medical professionals and support staff to ensure excellent patient care
Requirements:
- Current LPN or RN nursing license in the state of Ohio
- Certificate in nursing or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
