Blackstone Utilities is hiring an Office Administrator in Huntley, IL (full-time).
We’re growing fast and need a sharp, organized professional to keep our restoration operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love juggling multiple priorities, and have a knack for Excel and clear communication, we want to meet you.
What you’ll do
- Answer phones and emails while keeping our crews, clients, and leadership in sync
- File and organize critical documents, claims, and project trackers
- Own data entry and spreadsheet management, with strong Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas and data tables are your playground)
- Assist with tracking restoration projects, supporting claims, and preparing management reports
- Tackle daily administrative tasks that keep the office humming
What you bring
- Previous office/administrative experience (required)
- Fluent English (written & spoken); Spanish is a plus
- Confident Excel skills, stellar organization, and clear communication
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multitask without missing details
- A fast-learning mindset and appreciation for teamwork, safety, integrity, and excellence
