Location: Pomona, California
Hours: Part-Time (4-6 hours/day, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $18.47 per hour.
Potential for Full-Time: Yes, based on performance and workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and inspect incoming returns for condition and damage
- Take high-quality photos to support Amazon SAFE-T reimbursement claims
- Refurbish and restock returned items when applicable
- Keep the returns area and warehouse clean and organized
- Assist with packing and shipping orders as needed
- Other related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Ability to lift and move boxes (up to ~50 lbs)
- Comfortable using a smartphone or camera to take photos
- Dependable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Previous warehouse or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required
