We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Part-Time Liquor Store Stocker to join our team. This position requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. If you enjoy staying busy, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old to comply with applicable alcohol-control laws and licensing requirements.
- Must obtain BASSET Certification within the first 30 days of employment and maintain certification as required.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stock shelves for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to assist customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock, rotate, and organize beer, wine, spirits, mixers, and other merchandise.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shelves and displays.
- Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock.
- Keep storage areas clean and orderly.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering basic questions.
- Perform general cleaning and store maintenance duties.
Cross-Training
While this position is primarily focused on stocking, you'll learn to cashier for emergency coverage and occasional customer service needs. Training will be provided on register operation, age verification procedures, and store policies.
