Sterling & Associates Real Estate is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our brokerage serving Bastrop County and the surrounding Central Texas communities.

This is a full-time opportunity for an agent who is self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and excited to grow their business while contributing positively to our office culture and reputation in the community.
This position is commission-based and operates under independent contractor (1099) status.

Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
- Generate and nurture client relationships
- Conduct property showings and market analysis
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from contract to close
- Maintain consistent communication with clients
- Stay knowledgeable about local market trends and contracts
- Participate in training, meetings, and team collaboration
- Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and client service
- Positively represent the Sterling & Associates brand within the community and online
Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate License required
- Full-time availability required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Bastrop County and Central Texas market is a plus
- Experience technology preferred
