Overview and Duties
Join our dynamic Medical Spa team as a Medical Aesthetician, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in advanced skincare procedures to include laser hair removal, intense pulsed light, HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and much more. You will also be responsible for educating the clients on skincare health and best practices and by recommending different skin care products and procedures which in turn will create a welcoming environment that encourages client loyalty.
As a key member of our team, you will combine technical skill with outstanding customer service to ensure every guest leaves feeling revitalized and satisfied.
Furthermore, you will stay current with industry trends such as advanced esthetic laser treatments and new breakthroughs in skincare to continually enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
Valid master esthetician license in Washington State with experience in medical spa or med spa settings preferred.
Proven expertise in laser safety and aesthetic procedures to include hands on experience and training certifications.
Strong management skills for scheduling appointments and maintaining electronic client records.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatments and skincare routines.
Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly demeanor that makes guests feel valued and comfortable.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure safe treatment environments at all times.
Ability to manage social media platforms effectively for marketing purposes.
Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling products and services confidently.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
