We are hiring a Class B CDL Driver for our straight truck with a flatbed and liftgate at our Indianapolis, IN branch. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Safely operate our flatbed truck for deliveries and occasional pickups
· Assist with warehouse duties when not on the road including Shipping and Receiving
· Load and unload shipments, stock shelves, and pull orders for customers
· Provide excellent customer service and assist sales team with orders
· Perform pre-trip inspections and verify load accuracy
· Maintain basic vehicle upkeep and follow all safety protocols
· Complete and verify all paperwork for accuracy
Skills and Qualifications:
· Knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and driving expertise
· Experience with electric pallet jacks and forklifts
· Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
· Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug tests
· Strong listening and verbal communication skills
· Dependability
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· CDL – Class A or Class B
· Hazmat certification a plus
· 21 years or older
