Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and longevity.

Troubleshoot and repair complex industrial machinery issues, minimizing downtime and disruption to operations.

Regularly inspect equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and improve overall operational efficiency.

Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and documentation.

Evaluate and recommend new equipment or technologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Proven experience repairing metal fabrication equipment such as press brakes, shears, slip rolls, roll formers, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery issues.

Proficient in preventive maintenance techniques and best practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
