Creech’s Plumbing & Septic is looking for a proven technician—not a helper—who can diagnose plumbing problems, clearly present repair options, and perform quality work without constant supervision.

Technicians begin and end their regular workday at our Wilson shop. Service vehicles are provided during working hours and are not taken home.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose plumbing problems and complete residential and commercial service repairs
- Meet KPI and sales performance goals tied to the commission and bonus pay outlined above
- Clear drains using professional hydrojetting equipment
- Perform sewer-camera inspections and locate line problems
- Repair and replace tank and tankless water heaters
- Repair and replace toilets, faucets, sinks, tubs, supply lines, and shut-off valves
- Locate and repair leaks for water and sewer lines
- Diagnose and repair pump stations, lift stations, and well components
- Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and payment records using a tablet
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and worksite
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on service plumbing experience with a plumbing company (not just assisting)
- Experience independently diagnosing and completing service repairs
- Skilled in hydrojetting, sewer camera inspections, plumbing fixture repair, water heaters, pump stations, pipe/well repairs
- Working knowledge of NC Plumbing Code
- Comfortable using iPad/tablet for work orders, estimates, invoicing, and payments.
- Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills
- Professional customer-service and communication skills
- Clean, professional appearance
- Comfort preparing estimates and discussing repair options
- Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to our commercial auto insurer
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of plumbing service work
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Experience with pump stations, lift stations, wells, or septic-related systems is valuable, but we will consider a strong service plumber who can learn these areas.
