Job Description
Wonder Cleaning is looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced Residential Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small cleaning team and ensure every home meets our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning and sanitizing of residential kitchen areas.
* Supervise the cleaning team, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed correctly and meet Wonder Cleaning’s quality standards.
* Perform a final quality inspection before leaving each home.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service.
* Travel to different homes throughout the workday.
Requirements
* Previous residential cleaning experience.
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
* Responsible, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to lead a team and maintain high-quality cleaning standards.
