What We’re Looking For:
- Currently in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for state licensure to practice speech therapy
- Passion for working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educational staff
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to full-time, on-site work
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among school-aged children
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions and interventions to students in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate student records and document progress toward IEP goals
- Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development activities
