Limitless Dance Center is a dynamic and inclusive dance studio dedicated to fostering creativity, confidence, and a love for movement in students of all ages. We offer a wide range of classes from preschool to adult, recreational to competitive, and we pride ourselves on providing a positive and supportive environment.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hip hop and/or tap, the ability to engage and inspire students, and is comfortable teaching a range of ages and skill levels. Opportunities may be available to teach additional dance styles based on qualifications and studio needs.
Responsibilities:
- Teach weekly hip hop and/or tap classes for various age groups and levels
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote technical growth and confidence
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Prepare students for performances and studio events
- Communicate professionally with students, families, and staff
- Attend studio meetings, rehearsals, and events as needed
Requirements:
- Experience teaching hip hop and/or tap dance in a studio setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work well with children, teens, and families
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Experience in additional dance styles is a plus
