Overview
Join our hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure a seamless overnight experience for our guests. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing guest inquiries, verifying nightly financial reports, and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk after hours. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the overnight hours with professionalism and warmth
- Verify and reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing, reservations, and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests, inquiries, and internal communications efficiently
- Prepare detailed shift reports covering guest activities, incidents, and operational issues for management review
- Conduct security checks of the property, including CCTV surveillance and physical inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly with a positive attitude, striving for exceptional guest relations
- Support front desk operations by providing excellent customer service, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering guest questions.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining energy levels and attention to detail
- Previous hotel experience in resort or hospitality environments is helpful
- 7 days on, 7 days off fixed schedule
