As the Shipping & Receiving Clerk, your primary function is to manage the flow of goods in and out of the facility. Your role is crucial to maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products, and supporting overall supply chain operations. Other duties include assisting with receiving incoming material, finished goods inventory management, and facility waste management. There needs to be a high level of comradery between your role and the Shop Floor Manager, to improve production processes and manufacturing reporting.
As a Finishing Operator, you will assist in various finishing processes, including running the hydraulic press, deburring, reaming, cleaning, stamping, black oxiding, set screwing, and packaging parts to prepare them for final assembly or shipment. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. You will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You must have a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in reading blueprints, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Job Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Basic computer knowledge including Word, Excel, and ERP software navigation.
· Previous experience operating various hand tools, preferably in a manufacturing environment, is preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
· Skilled use in precision measuring tools.
· Prior forklift certification.
· General knowledge of material types/grades and their identification.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
