POSITION IS HOURLY PLUS CHEF TABLE TIPS- ONLY SERIOUS APPLICANTS TO APPLY
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Beverage Manager (Front of House Assistant Manager) to oversee all aspects of our dining establishment's operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing food and beverage offerings, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee the dining room and bars on a daily basis (when scheduled as an MOF) to ensure that things are running smoothly.
- Check all servers and bartenders out (when scheduled as closing MOF), run all necessary reports and count all cash drawers down. Make sure daily cash drop is accurate.
- Keep staff motivated when it is slower with deep cleaning jobs
- Expand on the existing training program for both servers and bartenders
- Train all incoming servers with a fine dining atmosphere in mind.
- Keep up-to-date on all temperature logs (Sky Bar, Tartan Bar, & Cabana-when in season)
- Ensure EXTREME cleanliness of dining room, bars, and servers kitchen area.
- Make sure appearance of bar, dining room, and lobby is ALWAYS proper. Keep staff motivated to keep things this way.
- Work with the Assistant General Manager to ensure mini bars get done and done correctly.
- Make sure all tasks get completed in a timely manner.
- Help ensure that employees are not going into overtime
- Maintain proper hours for dining rooms on the Open Table app
- Keep all servers and bartenders informed of upcoming reservations
- Help manage all waste logs for wine sold to the kitchen and any other products that are out of date.
Additional Functions:
- Assist with ideas for events to draw in the public
- Communicate effectively with the Assistant General Manager about daily happenings
- Inform Assistant General Manager of any supplies the dining room or bar needs.
- Make sure proper protocol is followed when it comes to discounts and reports
- Ensure all employees are in proper uniform.
- Assist with monthly and yearly inventory.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
