Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and provide high-quality behavioral support to children with developmental and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate has experience working with children in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and is committed to helping clients achieve meaningful progress. An active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide positive reinforcement and evidence-based behavioral interventions using ABA principles.
- Monitor, record, and accurately document client behaviors and progress.
- Collect and maintain behavioral data using approved data collection systems and software.
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment goals and behavior support strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members regarding client progress.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential standards in accordance with company policies and RBT guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
Qualifications
Required
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of classroom or related experience working with children, or an associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges in an educational, clinical, or home-based setting.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Experience with behavioral data collection tools and documentation.
- Familiarity with Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately collect, document, and maintain behavioral data.
Preferred
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, or a related field.
- Experience working as an RBT in a school, clinic, or home-based ABA program.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting family-centered care.

Pay: $26.59 - $30.23 per hour
