Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Assistant to join our healthcare facility. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to sanitation standards, safety protocols, and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, operating rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Follow established protocols for infection control and OSHA standards to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Restock supplies such as paper products, hand sanitizers, and cleaning materials as needed
- Dispose of waste according to proper procedures to prevent contamination
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisory staff promptly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.23 per hour
