As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and guest areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stock toppings and display them ensuring products are well-organised and accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Utilise basic math skills to manage inventory and assist customers with their purchases effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast food store or café setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
