Job description
We seek a Customer Success Specialist dedicated to building strong client relationships to understand their needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires proactive resolution of customer issues to enhance satisfaction and retention rates. You will analyze account trends to develop effective retention strategies and playbooks aligned with company goals. Your ability to facilitate onboarding and training for new clients, along with identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, will be essential for maximizing customer value and driving revenue growth. Outbound dialing skills will be crucial for pursuing referrals and similar revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer issues proactively to enhance satisfaction and boost retention rates.
- Act as an advocate for client feedback by collaborating with internal teams to align strategies that deliver impactful results for customers.
- Analyze account trends to develop and utilize effective retention and growth strategies.
- Support and contribute to company retention efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new clients, including orientation for the ProDirect Customer Portal.
- Maximize customer retention by building and maintaining robust relationships with clients.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value and drive revenue.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience working in outbound sales, customer success, and/or customer growth
- Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively engage with professionals at all levels.
- Strong consultative relationship-building abilities
- A genuine passion for connecting with clients and understanding their unique needs.
- Outbound Call experience with 60+ daily calls
- Bonus Points for Dental Customer Success/Lab or Medical Experience
