When you work for our group, you will be compensated fairly, and you will be treated fairly. As a former collector, I have dealt with my fair share of rough offices. My goal is to take the same positive energy that we established an Amherst, and get that going in Lockport. Pay will be scaled off of experience, and if you come in ready to go, your pay is going to reflect that.
