Position Type: Part-time / On-demand (Potential summer position with opportunity for growth)
We are a luxury portrait and boudoir studio looking for a warm, personable, and confident communicator to help connect with incoming leads and guide them through the booking process.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality skills who genuinely enjoys building relationships, creating trust, and helping people feel comfortable.
Hours will vary based on studio needs and lead volume, with potential for additional office/admin hours during slower weeks.
What You’ll Do
- Call and follow up with warm leads from our inquiry list
- Build rapport and guide potential clients through the studio experience
- Answer questions about sessions, products, and pricing
- Help close bookings and collect payments
- Follow up with leads who have gone quiet
- Keep client notes organized in our CRM
- Assist with scheduling and light studio admin tasks
Who We’re Looking For
- Warm, bubbly, and welcoming personality
- Strong hospitality and people skills
- Confident on the phone and comfortable discussing pricing
- Able to connect with women in vulnerable and emotional spaces (especially boudoir clients)
- Organized and dependable
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable handling objections and helping clients make decisions
- Sales experience is a plus, but personality and connection matter most
Bonus Points If You Have
- Customer service, hospitality, or sales background
- Experience with CRM systems (can train)
Compensation
- $18–20/hour based on experience
- Bonuses available based on bookings and performance
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
