Position: Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate referred residents to determine functional level and rehabilitation potential
Provide direct care and develop individualized treatment plans for ADL (Activities of Daily Living) improvement
Establish treatment goals based on resident needs, limitations, and physician input
Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance strength, coordination, mobility, cognition, and self-care
Educate residents and families on carryover programs and adaptive strategies
Accurately complete required documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support holistic care
Follow all applicable federal/state regulations, including HIPAA and Residents' Rights
Perform other duties as needed, as directed by the Director of Rehabilitation
Requirements/Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
